I bought this on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did! I use it mainly to hold my personal (17") and work laptop (15"). I'm very impressed with how sturdy it is and how easy it is to transport the stand from room to room. (I've had hour-long zoom calls with my work laptop on the stand.) The set up was also super easy and quick, with the manual. I think it took a maximum of 10 minutes to screw everything together. There are stoppers on the bottom wheels, which are a little finicky but otherwise, good for if you don't want the stand to move. The quality is also surprisingly top notch. Nice wood and smooth metal. Now that I have it, I don't know why I never did.

So far, I'm really liking this book/laptop stand! Arrived mostly assembled, where all I really had to do was attach the bar and the stand, then adjust to my preferences. I was looking for a small desk that was small enough to fit in my makeshift closet recording space for voice work, with no luck. Stumbling on this stand, looking at the pics and reviews, I thought I'd give it a chance and I ordered it. It fits perfectly into my little closet studio and has been perfectly sturdy enough to hold a keyboard, a mouse, a preamp, and a microphone + mic stand. I've used it for a few recording sessions now and am happy to say it has both remained sturdy and has not worsened my sound space.The bamboo is a nice touch, the bar adjusts easily, the wheels have locking mechanisms, and all the tools (plus extra parts) were included. I think this is a great product so far and can definitely recommend if you're interested in something small and adjustable, but sturdy. Added a bunch of pics for reference.

Just assembled this thing. It went together well, it adjusts in every direction I need it do, it seems sturdy, and my 14 inch Macbook Pro laptop has plenty of room and seems secure. (I got the 15X11 version.)Here's the rub: the swing arm is only about 7 inches in length from the upright support. It joins in the middle of the board, so the board provides a few more inches, but the horizontal extension is basically a maximum of a foot from the vertical upright pole to the outside edge of the board (depending on the angle of the board). This means that it's not going to extend far over the chaise chair I plan to use it with. I'm concerned that I'm going to be twisted in my chair in order key on my laptop.A possible solution is the clamp-arm version by the same company. It has a longer horizontal extension and looks like I might be able to just take that arm piece and put it on the upright pole from this version. The clamp-arm version has a horizontal extension of about 22 inches, according to the listing here in Amazon. I expect there might be stability issues. The media could not be loaded.  The product is easy to assemble. It comes with extra parts so don't worry when you see them in the plastic bag. It took about 5 minutes to put it together by myself.I bought this product because I often have to lay on my side, due to chronic pain, and I am a big reader. I was hoping it would be able to be at an angle, so I could easily read while on my side. I am able to get it at the proper angle to assist me. In fact, it can go from landscape to portrait and all the way back around to landscape again (see video). It works beautifully when I am reading while I am sitting up too. It takes the pressure of of my arms, back, shoulders, and neck. I also like the portability and height adjustment.I know that this is going to sound nerdy af, but I am actually grateful for this product. I was losing my mind not being able to read. I would highly recommend this stand to all bookworms and students.

If you want this size (at least for my couch) to use as a prop while lying on your couch, you will have to turn your head to the side to view your laptop screen. So…. Buy the widest width of this product so you can roll it under your couch, position it over your lap, then be able to look at the screen with your face forward without having to crank your neck to the side.Also, another dumb thing about this product is you have to use the little wrench that comes with it to adjust the part that holds your laptop (or book) side-to-side and up and down. Otherwise I like it, but will return it for another one, but one with the widest width.

This is the most sturdy and aesthetically pleasing book podium that I have ever had. Minimalist design but also somewhat modular. The casters are perfect for me and of very high quality. I had read a post stating they were not happy with the casters but I had no issues with them at all.I ended up buying the standing model as well as the smaller desk model. I use both of the book rests on the standing model. One for my book or iPad and the other for me to take note on. This is very handy for me and could have more possibilities if one could contact the company to purchase the adjustable arms or even if they sold different accessories for it. Unfortunately they do not seem to respond and their website doesn’t even list the models that I purchased. That is my only complaint about this item.They should make a small shelf/desk for this and a small wooden bookshelf perhaps one that slightly tips backwards so the books stay on while moving it.

Very cheaply made. The threads in the poles cross-thread and easily strip. This causes the poles to not fit tightly together which causes the poles to go in crookedly. Very too heavy as well and does not roll smoothly at all. Again, do not buy.

El atril ha llegado claramente usado, incluso con una muesca en el tablero de abajo. Las ruedas estaban sucias y algún otro rasguño en las partes metálicas. La caja también llegaba como golpeada y sin cerrar.También son engañosas las primeras fotos de la descripción del producto porque el brazo parece más largo de lo que es en realidad. Es verdad que luego en las dimensiones sí se ve que el brazo es más corto, pero uno se fija en las primeras fotos.Desafortunadamente, ha sido enviado como regalo para una persona y no se puede devolver.Los daños no afectan a su uso, pero me parece un producto suficientemente caro como para recibir uno usado y dañado.

Mi piace la forma, sembra ben fatto, il bambù lo rende relativamente leggero (anche se forse avrei preferito un legno di qualità superiore). Quello che non mi è piaciuto è la lunghezza del braccio che regola il leggio, per me davvero troppo corta per usarla comodamente dal letto o dal divano. Ho dovuto comprare un secondo leggio con un braccio più lungo sempre della stessa marca così ho potuto adattarlo. Alla fine la somma dei due prodotti lo rende costoso. Comunque adesso sono soddisfatto del risultato.
