Maxi Overnight Extra Heavy Flow with Wings, Unscented Pads 27 Count (Jumbo)

Absolutely brilliant if you’re super heavy like me, I’ve never leaked with these pads. They are long too so great for nighttime but I also wear for work as I bleed super heavy. (I do also wear period pants for that extra protection but these are good.

Excellent product to use for heavy periods during menopause. This is a brilliant product and its a shame supermarkets don't stock it. I came across it by chance. Gives me peace of mind that I won't have any leaks and is very absorbent. I was going through too many of the normal ones and constantly having to washed soiled clothes n sheets. (Yes it was bad !!)These are pretty long and wide at the back hence no leaks. Thicker than normal so dont bunch up. Deffo a game changer for me. They don't seem to sell these in the supermarkets but they really should. If you, like me, have very heavy periods and don't want to wear tampons overnight, these are the answer. They are very long and very wide, they are also very thick. You can rely on these to keep the blood away from your sheets. The only downside is when you first put them in your knickers they feel incredibly chunky and it takes a while to get used to them. If you're sharing a bed with someone you might feel you need to wear some pyjama bottoms as they're not as discreet as regular sanitary towels being as chunky as they are. But for keeping you feeling secure overnight these are the best I've found.

Saved me from embarrassment. Very long and puffy, but I guess they have to be. Not had to wear this size before, but they worked really well.

Does the job for night use.

Not very impressed with these! I normally buy Attends 7 but just thought it might be worth trying something else for a change. I had to change one pad overnight as it had come adrift from my pants, despite the ‘wings’, which in fact weren’t much use. I’ll be going back to my Attends which do the job much better.

These Always Maxi Overnight pads are my go to option because they stay in place, absorb well and have never leaked for me. The wings hold firmly, the coverage is great for overnight use, the material feels comfortable without irritation. If you want dependable, unscented pads with strong overnight absorbency this pack is a great choice.

These Always Maxi Overnight pads are definitely large and bulky. There’s really no getting around it. They almost have a diaper-like feel because of how much coverage and padding there is, so they aren’t the most discreet option. That being said, for heavy-flow nights, I actually appreciate the extra size. They provide plenty of coverage, and the wings help everything stay securely in place while I’m sleeping. I can move around during the night without constantly worrying about leaking or waking up to a mess. The absorbency is really good, and even though I wouldn’t choose something this bulky for everyday use, overnight protection is where these make sense. I’d rather have the extra material and know I’m protected than use something thinner and spend the night worrying about leaks. They’re also a good value for the amount of protection they provide, especially if you only need this level of absorbency during the heavier part of your cycle.
