Does it come with the light bulbs

Came with all the light bulbs (incandescent). One bulb (green) would not illuminate, went to Lowes and picked up a green bulb for just a couple of bucks. Bulbs are very bright.

Can this be used to start a real race? Or this is used for decoration?

I believe it can be, however you will need to purchase additional sensor boxes to connect to the tree. Check with the retailer

This tree needs another part to operate it?
