Effortless Bedding Oversized Plush Semi-Fitted Bed Blanket (King, Sand Shell)

What a fabulous idea ! Make the bottom of the blanket fitted like a fitted sheet! It doesn’t slip off. It is just the right size for my sleep number split king bed. Until now my husband has not been able to keep his side of the covers tucked in which is a real pet peeve of mine. This blanket solves all of our problems. I wish I would have thought of this myself!!! The blankets are soft, fuzzy, warm & have a great fit. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME EXCITING GOOD COLORS! It’s been a couple years so I hope the good colors will come soon. I’d love to buy 3 more in other colors. I’ve only seen the ivory, white & dark blue & they are kinda boring colors. I absolutely love the semi fitted idea.

I've looked for a cal king blanket that is wide enough to tuck and long enough to tuck on our super thick 19" mattress. This blanket seemed kind of pricey, with others of a like description around a third of the price. Don't be fooled: it's thick and plush, and simply wonderful. I just ordered a second one for just in case. I'm also ordering one for every bed in the house. The color sand shell is a creamy tan color that is lovely. I've washed it on cold and dried it on low. (My husband said (in a pained voice no less) babe, 100 dollars for a blanket..? Seriously? Yes, and it's amazing. After I put it on the bed, he couldn't believe how plush it was and loves the weight. Said it was perfect. So yes, go get one.)

Although this blanket was a little pricey I still wasn’t expecting much, however it is so comfortable. It is oversized which I find great since most Calif King blankets barely cover a Calif King. This one not only covers but has room to spare, plus it Is fitted on the bottom and tucks in. It has silky feel and is warm. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Blanket is nice, soft, and warm for early spring nights. Maybe too warm for summer. My issue is with the semi-fitted part.The concept is good but there is TOO much extra bulky stuff to tuck under a mattress

Today's beds are thicker. Older blankets and such are not of sufficient size to tuck in at the end of the bed or the sides and have anything left over. This solves part of the problem.HOWEVER, this solution fails because of the use of velour. I could get past the light weight (I prefer a heavier blanket). But you will find the blanket everywhere but on you. The same is the same of a quilt or comforter that is on top of the blanket.It is too slippery. A reasonable idea, but it should be made of cotton or something that doesn't require you to get up in the middle of the night to remake the bed.I would advise careful consideration of the downside problems before purchase.Edit:I would advise against this. The ONLY upside is the size. The material used is a train wreck. It is thin and nothing stays in place because the velour is so slippery. Anyone that says it stays in place must have it glued to something else. If you use a sheet or anything on top of the "blanket", it will be a nightly pain. I consider it a horrible experience and investment.

I purchased two of the king size semi fitted blankets over the past two years. The first one was purchased because we have a sleep number type bed and because my husband has to have his feet raised at night...the regular blanket and sheet came untucked every night. Then we saw this blanket. It is perfect. There is enough elastic at the bottom end of the blanket that no matter how he moves the bed at night...the blanket stays tucked in and his feet stay covered. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a second blanket so we would have a spare. We have been using the blanket as the top sheet on the bed and it is perfect. I can't praise this blanket enough.

This is a super great blanket! I didn't put it on my bed because when I ordered it I didn't realize that it stretched across the bottom and I don't like that. However this is my favorite blanket to curl underneath when watching a movie whether it be in the winter time when it's chilly or in the summertime when my husband has the AC down low. It is very soft! I have washed it several times (because we have dogs) and it has maintained its softness its durability & its color. I was going to buy one for everybody for Christmas but could not find them again. Glad I got it when I did!

I've had the new blanket over a month and I love it! Great to have an oversized blanket to wrap over a high king size mattress. The elastic banded end wraps perfectly around the end of the bed and the large sides flow over the sides of the bed with lots of extra blanket. Highly recommended!
