I purchased this in March of this year and it is now Novemeber. I have a camper and I have this on the kitchen counter with the hose in the sink. This runs constantly when I am not in the camper (which is most of the time) and it keeps the humidity down between 46 and 50% humidity. I live in North Carolina and it is HUMID! I have tried other products and they ALWAYS crap out in about 30 days or less. This one is still going stong 8 months later! Even if it died tomorrow I would buy another one. It is quiet and does the trick. There is no smell and it is so easy to use. Do not hesitate to get this one. It lasts!!!

Works great in a cool 20x20x8H crawl space! Extracts water fairly quickly and constantly. The tank fills so quickly that I ran the drain tube in the top of a 1-gal container that I have to empty at least once a month. Work much better than the small dome-top units that are just as expensive and (in my experience) don't last very long - they seem to last longer if never turned off - however, I've had several that would not start again after being turned off.

Updated 3/23: It’s working as expected again. Also the company reached out to me regarding my review below and let me know about their one year warranty and offered to help me. So that’s pretty great customer service. I didn’t realize it had a 1 year warranty. Updated 3/21: after three months of use, coils freeze often. Still works okay but I have to turn it off often to defrost the coils. I’m not sure what happened, was working great. This space saving super quiet dehumidifier is working great in my bathroom. I live at the beach and it’s cold and very humid this time of the year so the bathroom in my home is very humid and I was having issues with condensation along my windowsill and a damp smell. I’ve been using this dehumidifier for about a week, along with a digital indoor humidity and thermometer to keep an eye on the levels, and I’m so glad I purchased this. It’s very quiet (like an air purifier) and the humidity is staying near the “comfort” range more often 50-59%. I like that I can move it to other rooms too, it’s lightweight and portable. And the hose attachment for draining is convenient. The reservoir doesn’t fill up too fast and I want to test the auto shut off, so I’m not using the hose to drain it just yet. So far, it’s been a great purchase.

Works great for my damp basement. It’s quiet and reliable. The humidity readout is helpful and the humidistat dial is easy to set.

Worked great for 2 months and then quit dehumidifying. The unit would run and blow air out but it did not collect any water/moisture in the water pale. I would give it zero stars, but the system does not allow that low of a review. Thanks for a really bad product.

I absolutely needed a dehumidifier in my bedroom but was concerned about size since I have a very small room. This unit is perfectly sized, think the size of a Keurig Mini as a reference. When I plugged it in, I was impressed with how quiet it is when running. I almost thought it wasn't function at first since it was so quiet. You won't notice it at all, especially if you have other ambient noises in your room such as a fan, air cleaner, or HVAC on. Quite impressive! There are no settings - only on or off. Once you reach a certain humidity level, it will not be as efficient with pulling additional moisture out. You will notice the tank fill much quicker when your room is at higher levels. Otherwise, everything stabilizes and it helps maintain a moderate humidity level for an indoor environment. I usually tend to empty it before it fills up, but the auto-off function once full is a great feature. It's basically a set and forget type appliance. I placed just outside of my closet, with one of the fans facing inside my closet. This is to help circulate the air that might get normally get much circulation. This is a far more cost effective option than those disposable dehumidifying closet packs! Just make sure you are aware of the size of the unit and its dehumidification ratings. It obviously won't have much impact in a large or open room. Highly recommend!

3rd time buying this Dehumidifier. I love it. It works so well. I live in southern Costa Rica and it so humid here, and I'm on solar power. I have several running 24 hours a day in closets and store rooms. Keeps humidity down and uses very little power.

Stupid - why sell something in Australia that doesn’t suit our power points. Yes u can buy an adapter but why???????? Waste of money

Working well

I tried a 300ml/day one first because it was cheap, I liked it, but it was not strong enough. Then I bought this 1l/day model, which was still not strong enough. Now I have a 12l/day dehumidifier and that is good for my room of about 13 square meters. I am in Kerala in monsoon time and 12l/day is really the minimum for one room to get to good humidity level. I sometimes think I should even have bough the 30l/day one. Also beware that this does not turn back on automatically after a power cut, so you would have to press on it again for it to start. Also this one was the most noisy of the three, I remove one star for that annoying noise.
