Plastic Garden Landscape Solar Deck Lights with 3 LED, Wunderlight, Set of 6, Black

These little lights make my deck so much more elegant. I trashed an old set of clunky AC lights with big ugly wires and a transformer I had to plug in.. These are almost invisible, until they turn on at dusk. Like magic.I get plenty of sun on my south facing deck in Arizona. I am curious to see how long the batteries go, but for now, I could not be happier.Update: Two of my previous purchased lights have gone dark; and I broke one when I backed into it. And yes, the mounting screws will rust on you.These are still lights I like, but I am disappointed to see that the price has jumped from $35 to $79Update (June 2015): FWIW, I bought this set in 2013 in addition to ones I bought in 2011 (from another seller). All are still operational. I do find that a few will seem to stop recharging or are very dim. I've gotten 2 back in shape just by taking out the AAA NiMh battery and charging it in a wall charger. One would not take a charge, so I just ordered some replacement Amazon Basics NiMh batteries (cost like $3) and the ones I replaced are shining super bright.

I've installed them where they do not get hours of direct sunlight (on the inside hand rail of a deck) and 3 of the 6 start blinking within a few minutes of going on. New rechargable batteries did not stop the blinking so they're left switched off and unforuntatly are not a good buy in my situation.

good product, all lights worked fine and we are getting lighting that lasts all night so far after a full month of use. I would rate this package a 5 star rating if there were more mounting options available. I'd prefer a wedge style light that I can mount on a deck railing so that it displays subtle lighting on the deck while still having direct exposure to the sun for the solar panel. Overall, quality is good, well worth the money!

These lights are pure garbage. I bought 4 solar lights from target for $3.00each that are going strong every night, all night long, never turning them off to charge them. They are also mounted on the ground level of my yard.I had these Homebrites charging all day long for 4 days keeping the switch in the off position. I turn them on and look outside after a couple of hours and they aren't even lit anymore. They shouldn't even be selling this kind of stuff on the internet. The mounting screws have rusted and it has only been less then a week outside. I have ruined my deck by putting all these tiny holes in it and now am skeptical of purchasing any kind of solar lights online.UPDATE: My search for deck lights is finally over: Target makes two deck lights that are way better than these and are only 12.99 for two. I bought two sets, and hey if they don't work great I only paid about 26.00. The target lights appear to be using the same solar panel as the homebrites but they use a larger AA battery to power the LEDs.

I have purchased MANY, MANY, MANY solar lights over the last five years and many of them were duds........... Some have lasted for quite a while and are still working. One of the many sets I've purchased are these lights. In my humble opinion, they are "BY FAR" the most reliable solar lights on the market. I purchased a set of six of these lights 4 years ago to try out and all but one are still working. They have outlasted several sets of other lights I've purchased. No other solar lights have lasted more than a year in this hot Georgia sun. I was looking for some subtle accent lighting for the fence posts in our back yard, but I wanted enough light to be able to see if someone was out there. I purchased many sets from many different manufactures/sellers in hopes of finding a brand I could count on. Well, long story short, these lights have outlasted every other set I've purchased. I have been buying these lights to replace the crappy other lights that fail after 30-90 days - some lasted as long as 9 months. So far I've purchased 36 (six sets) over the last four years and 35 of the lights are still working - a very high reliability rate. I don't buy any other solar fence post lights anymore as these are the most reliable lights I've owned. Thank you Wunderlight for making such a reliable, quality product and thank you Amazon for the speedy (as always) shipping. Highly recommended.

They light up as shown in the picture. They dont light up your entire pation, these are for mood lighting and for me they work great. I have them on my deck in the back and they reallly look cool. They are small in size (about 3 inches wide). they turn in the evening and turn off in the morning automaticaly. They also have a switch to leave them off at all times or automatic on. They hold their charge all through the night. Just make sure they are exposed to direct sunlight to get the full charge.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Only issue after a few years is replacement batteries and the plastic solar units have discolored. Love the downlight effect

Lights are amazing. Subtle amount of light is perfect for our deck. Seem to last almost all night on one charge.
