Works great! Works fast, I feel so much better. Stay away from the synthetic vitamins like cyan-b12 (which was making me sick!) methyl b-12 is the real deal, feeling better first day of taking this I can tell the quality is good because you feel it working. So happy to be getting better after months of exhaustion, weakness, brain fog, memory issues, vision issues, feeling so tired anytime I tried to eat anything! It was terrible. You need b12 to convert food into energy without it we would shut down. This is a great affordable product. So glad I seen Dr. Berg's videos.

result after the first dose
I had a pain in my right side, constant morning fatigue, brain fog, and fatigue. I went to the doctor. They took blood, and my results showed 200 IU of vitamin B12 instead of 600. I bought the first vitamin I saw. After the first dose of two tablets, I felt clear-headed for the first time in several months, and lo and behold, I wake up easily. For me, this is a quick and unexpected miracle! The tablets taste good, and the doctor recommended taking two tablets in the morning after meals for the first month. This inexpensive vitamin has become my favorite.

Energy boost
This is a tried and true product for me. I believe in having energy weather you are young or old. This B12 gives me the extra energy I need every day. It is very easy to swallow and does not upset your stomach. I will continue to use this product.

Chew Them With Food
Some of the reviews I read stated if you chew these pills vs swallowing them, they will get stuck to your teeth. And they do. So I tried chewing the pills then eating something and that works great. Now I time taking the pills just before a meal. These pills taste good with no after taste. I'm glad I choose this brand.
