I have been taking this for about two months now. I have noticed a small difference in my skin. I will continue taking for six months and get back with the results.

It really helped keep my acne settled. It wasn’t a drastic change, but it helped!

Have been taking for over a month so far. I haven’t noticed a change in my hair, though not much affects it, but my nails and nail beds have show substantial growth. (previously destroyed due to oncholysis brought on as a side effect of a medicine I was on) My skin, as someone who doesn’t drink near enough water and has dry skin by nature, is more hydrated. I feel more flexible overall, too. I didn’t realize the effect this has had until starting this review, but it’s the only change in my overall diet over the past month. I can’t attribute these things to anything else. I take it with a large gulp of water to prevent it hitting my esophagus on the way down. It’s a big pill, but it’s smaller than a magnesium pill or antibiotic. Take it at night if you’re worried about your stomach hurting, but I’ve had no issues. The price is fair for a) the brand, and b) the amount. There are companies far more expensive per pill.

They are ok. Bigger than I thought they would be, but that's my fault because the size is listed. What I dont like is I feel like they get stuck going down. Need to drink glass of water with it, not just a sip to swallow it. They have a slight smell but not too strong.
