Electronic Arts PS5 F1 2021

Great game, but reconsider buying through cloudtail (amazon) as pre-order bonus is missing.I pre-ordered on 5th July on Amazon. The game realized on 16th but was delivered only on 23rd. The pre-order bonus are missing, making the waiting futile and frustrating. I reached the customer service they committed the bonus content to be provided within 48 hours. Of course, that wasn't done. Now again followed up only to know that they have raised the complaint and likely to be done in 3 days.Really disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. This game cd is pre used and this was not even packed I need to return it

Product failed to work.

Fake product received from Cloudtail India. Packaging is duplicate too (Somebody has taken a print out and pasted unto the cover). Please refer photo - incompatible with Playstation

Received a fake product, not original. There was no product booklet inside, the cover was a colour photocopy. The disc when inserted into the PS5 console was not readable. Useless, unfortunately this was packed as a gift for Christmas for the kids and the return window got exhausted. Therefore a big disappointment and a waste of 3600 Rs.If anyone on Amazon is reading this please refund my money.
