What are the actual dimensions for the white version? In the picture it says 38 x 12.8 x38 inches, and in the detail it says 35.4 x 11.8 x 35.4 inches

The panel size of the product is 30 cm * 30 cm, or 12 inch * 12 inch, thus the actually dimension is: 38 x 12.8 x 38 inches, because you need to count in the length of the connectors. Very sorry for the wrong figures shown at the bottom of the listing, that's really a big mistake. Already rectified it and thank you very much for pointing it out for me.  
Regarding the dimension of the item I have a few more words: as you may see in the listing, you could not only assemble the item into a stair shape cube storage organizer exactly as shown in the main pics, you could actually also assemble it into a 2*3 cube organizer, of course, this way you will have few extra panels and connectors left as spare parts in case you need them in the future( of course you may always put a request of spare parts straight to us, as long as we are still selling the model we are happy to send them to your for free). How to assemble it is totally up to the room space and floor surface area you have at your place.
