Lollipop Baby Camera with True Crying Detection (Pistachio)

We ordered the camera right before our baby was born. We didn't have time to open the box and check the camera during that time. When we had time to check it unfortunately we found the camera was not working and Amazon return window has closed. We contacted to the Lollipop customer support and explained what happened, they were very helpful and in the end they agreed to send us a replacement camera. This one is working well and very helpful to monitor our baby.

The lollipop customer care team has been forthcoming in addressing all the issues from time to time and been patient to guide me in doing a factory reset. They’ve followed up to check in if everything is ok post guidance. Great service

Didn’t connect with my wifi even it is 2.4g Not recommended

Nice concept, modern looking, but incredibly frustrating. We bought two, and both stop working within first 10 months. Constant connecting in and out, camera buffing circle, the bender wire snapped on one of them. I’m usually very savy when it comes to tech but this had me so frustrated. Unfortunately does have a robust and established connection…but it looks very very cute.

Most of the time lagging, doesn’t connect to the internet well , so I can’t monitor my baby well!!! most of the features need to be paid.. I don’t like it 👎🏼

This is a great baby camera for those looking for an internet-based option! The swiveling head and bendable stand are great design options that make this practical and useful in a variety of settings! We love the portability of this product and the image you get when checking on your littles ones. There is one wall hanger accessory (it looks like a little branch and i love the look), and additional ones are around $30 I believe, so it works best as a single location camera but also can be hung up informally in other locations. Great for travel and finding a spot to hang anywhere! Hanging it on the edge of a crib works in theory, but as our kids grew it really was within reach for them so we pretty quickly switched to the wall mount which we love and is so cute on the wall. The online app is great, since purchasing a few years ago the app has gotten even better with updates and now remembers some of the WiFi networks for easier set up when going to a familiar places. It allows you to review half hour stills and any recorded crossings or crying. This makes for very sweet viewing later-on as the kids have gotten older and more active. We even have my little ones first steps recorded because we sheered so much it saved it as a crying alert :). When a babysitter is over, there is a little challenge in having a monitor available without requiring them to download an app or have one of our phones. We found having our iPad to give to sitters works best and does the trick. There is an option to log in on a computer, but this has not been as effective as hoped. The streaming is rather stilted through a desktop. This could be due to our lower home network speeds though. Excellent design and user interface for daily activities on the app. I also love how cute they are and we now have one for our second little one. The design, portability and features have made us return customers already!

Got this camera as first time parents, and really glad we did. The picture quality is great (both day and night) and it sends you notifications if it detects crying. Gave us the confidence to be in a different room (and even occasionally sit outside!) when he was napping. It also makes white noise, which was a surprisingly useful feature. The design is really nice, it's not bulky or ugly, and it mounted nicely on the nursery wall. It's also small enough to transport, we took it when travelling to visit family and it mounted well on the side of the travel cot. It's easy enough to use and you can put the application on as many phones as you want (great for grandparent babysitting).

Really good monitor with all what you really need! Simple and quick setup with easy mount to attach of position anywhere. App is intuitive and useful to understand quickly when the little one may be upset or crying. The only small (but almost negligible) shortcoming would be that the camera needs a strong wifi signal as otherwise you encounter an occasional disconnection and can’t view the baby. Doesn’t happen often. Otherwise thumbs up!
