I COULD NEVER GET IT TO RECORD POWER PUNCHES ON A 190 LBS 21 INCH BAD BOY BLUE BAG I DID ALL THE WATER DRAIN TO BE BELOW THE PORT HOLE AND EVERYTHING IT ALSO FAILED TO RECORD ACCURATE PUNCH STATS CORRECTLY I SENT THE FIRST SENSOR BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT. I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT AND IT ALSO FAILED TO RECORD THE POWER SHOTS FOR $182.00 PLUS TAX THE SENSOR SHOULD DO EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME !

It adds more motivation and stats to the workouts. The sensor is not as sensitive as I would like it to be, as it misses many of the hits, though one can get a general idea. I almost returned this product due to the sensitivity issue. (Now that I’ve had this for awhile, I’m glad I decided to keep it as it does make workouts more motivating, and the app keeps track of the starting and ending times of each round).
