What is the insert for? It comes with only one kid for the cake pan? But description is talking about inserts, please explain. You

There is an insert for the meat loaf pan and one of the cookie sheets. The meat loaf pan is to allow the grease to drain down. I use the cookie sheet insert to cook bacon in the oven. Makes it perfect every time. I also use it to sit fried food after cooking, it allows the oil to drain off with out making the bottom side soggy.

What is this bakeware made of? What material, stainless, aluminum, I do not see it stated. Seems the coating has been coming off, for some people?? Can you tell me anything about this!! Does not sound good.

What I found is that the coating did not come off, but all food browned onto it, especially the edges browned within one use. It's got to be aluminum because stainless steel shouldn't act that way.It is the same make but different colored handles of Paul Deen and other famous chefs, trying to sell the same item. Again, this item twerked, went kiddywampa on me and does not lie flat. Had to revert to using a Silpat on it and I would go thumbs on a buying a Silpat to line any pan and the Silpat washes right off.

Who manufactures this product? U.S. made or overseas?

Actually, no. I just got the manufacturer info and these were made in China.

Does the rachel ray yum-o bakeware can with red handles? i ordered this and received orange handles vs red handles.
