Approximately how much liquid does it take to fill a bear? More than a teaspoon?

I went and measured this for you with water and 1 TSP teaspoon. 1 TSP teaspoon will fill 4 of the bears.

Where are these manufactured?

In China, it is food grade, BPA free and FDA approved.

What is the volume per gummy? How many mL each?

When you make candy with this mold, you will get bear shape candy with the size of height is 17mm, width is 10 mm and depth is 10 mm.

Is the mold shiny or matte finished inside? I want it to make resin keychains.

It's not shiny, just looks like any other silicone mold (basically rubber). I would think this would work fine with resin.
