A must-have postpartum essential—especially after a C-section
As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must.I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them.I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about.I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either.Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!

Skeptic turned supporter!
I bought these to try after seeing all the good reviews, but I was skeptical given the size option only being 'regular' as prepregnancy I was a size 14.They are, however, very stretchy and comfortable. They're also breathable and provide support and most importantly takes away the additional (albeit small) burden of worrying if you've bled too much and need to do additional wash loads etc in the first few days post-birth. For peace of mind alone they are priceless. Highly recommend, they're worth the price!!

Worth the hype!
Was really unsure whether to bother with this and grabbed some last minute before I went into labour and so glad I did! They were insanely comfortable and held pads well. I had a vaginal birth but can see how they’d be good for c sections too with where the waist is but can’t say for sure but for someone who had bad tearing and needed lots of pads they were amazing! I was almost sad when I needed to go back to regular underwear!

A must have for your hospital bag
I tell everyone that I know is having a baby to purchase at least one box of these (though most order a second when they see how good, time saving and handy they are). Comfortable, durable, perfect for your maternity pad and if the pad leaks (which can happen with best will in the world those first few days) who cares, rip them off, bin them and grab a fresh pair! Game changer when your trying to care for your new little person and yourself in those first weeks

Brilliant but shame so expensive
Brilliant. So comfortable on my incision, keeps everything in place, doesn’t fall down, easy on/off when dealing with limited mobility. Shame so expensive hence the loss of one star

Best buy for C-section Recovery
The best thing I bought for C-section recovery. These have a great amount of stretch - I'm a UK16 and they have been perfect for me. They almost contour to your body after first putting them on, so have no risk of falling down. This has been a great comfort to me whilst getting used to caring for my C-section scar.

Amazing for after birth
Lived in these after my emergency c-section and didn’t actually ever want to go back to normal underwear. So comfortable and the best I bought. Covered the scar and stretched well over my tummy. Worth every penny!

Life saver after my C-Section
This product does exactly what it says, a total lifesaver after my C-section! I could wear it with peace of mind without worrying about it touching or hurting my incision. Super comfy and breathable. I started using it straight after coming out of recovery and wore it for 4+ weeks. I recommended it to my friends, and they loved it too! Definitely a must-have for your hospital bag. Highly recommend!

Perfect for postpartum but can be tight on legs
Best for after a C section! Does go far enough up my stomach that it doesnt rub my incision the wrong way however it can get “stuck” under my c section shelf but not painful and isnt tight to cause any weird sensations. The material is thin enough to wear under regular clothing. Only complaint is the thigh area is not very wide/stretchy, I have average to somewhat thicker thicks and it can be tight around that area and roll up. I do have to adjust it a lot when laying down due to the tightness in that area.

Parfait 👍
