Does the job for which it was intended.
If you are looking for a clip swivel to keep you spinning devices spinning, this is the product for you. I have tried everything from fishing swivels (not sturdy enough) to small dog lead clips (too bulky and the spinner won't spin). This is a quality product that does the job for which it was intended.

Wind Spinner device
This little device is used in making the wind spinner above. It was manufactured with it between the main part and the spinning tail. These spinners need this device at the top as well or the looped thread will fail in a short time from spinning in the wind.
