I've been using NasalCrom for years, back when it was by prescription. Works great for me. No problems likeI'e had with other nasal sprays for all of my allergies.

I have used Nasalcrom for a quite a few years now - it works very well, and almost always means I don't need an antihistamine if my allergies kick up. Usually one spray in each nostril will last for hours - highly recommend that everyone clean the spray nozzle every time you use it with an alcohol prep pad, to keep it clean for future use. It takes about 10 minutes to fully kick in - just don't blow your nose during that time, or you'll have to re-spray. It doesn't cause any rebound, as some products do - and it really does work well. If I am clogged up at night, I can clear my congestion and get a good night's sleep. Great product!

So far it has not entirely made my allergy go away. But it has improved my night-time stuffy nose problem. It works well during the day. Along with a saline spray used during the night when I awaken it does keep my nose open and lets me get back to sleep quickly. It may get better the longer I use it, according to the enclosed instructions. I plan to keep using it. I also like that it is compatible with continuing to use other sprays and medications for allergy.

It is one of the very few nasal sprays the do not eat the inside of my nose. I have used it since it was prescription required back in the 90's.

This is a safe and effective product for those with seasonal allergies. There is no systemic effect and toxicity has not been reported with this drug. There is no rebound and it can be safely used four times a day during the peak of pollen. There is no "tolerance" problem which means you won't need more with regular use. I'm mystified as to why this is not recommended before steroids and sympathomimetics for allergy patients.

I'm a 51 year old health care provider, and Nasalcrom is a product I have used personally for many years to treat my own seasonal allergic rhinitis. I'm perpetually congested, however I've discovered that using Nasalcrom in combination with one of the non-drowsy antihistamines(Allegra, Claritin, Xyzal,or Zyrtec)on a daily basis is the best and most effective way to treat the coughing, sneezing, congestion, and runny nose symptoms that slow me down and affect my moods and energy levels. I believe Nasalcrom to be safer and more effective for long term use than the newer OTC nasal steroids like Flonase. I recommend Nasalcrom to all of my patients and customers suffering from seasonal, allergic nasal congestion. Nasalcrom needs to be used up to four times daily for optimal results, and in my opinion should be used in conjunction with a once daily oral antihistamine as well. I can't recommend this underrepresented product highly enough. 5 stars!
