Our Weather & Water (God's Design)

We did this the first half of the year and my son really enjoyed it. It isn't too deep. But for my son it was perfect. Kept his interest. Short chapters, and lots of good info. I think for a 4th grader this is a perfect introduction to weather, and it wasn't a fight to get him to read it.

As a Christian, that believes Scripture is the inerrant Word of God, we want to teach our children about this amazing universe as outlined in Scripture. Our basis for creation comes from Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." This science series is from Answers in Genesis, which teaches a biblical worldview, that God alone created this amazing universe.If you are looking for a biblically-based science curriculum, I highly recommend this series.I give this 4-stars instead of 5. The reason is I would like to have a curriculum with more 'meat'. To me, the lessons just skim the surface. Yes, you can use other resources, and enhance your lessons. The introduction addresses this and recommends using additional resources. Suggestions for additional resources are listed in the book's appendix.For more details on this product go to [...].
