My item was exactly as described. I liked the packaging also. The only thing that might be a downside is that the stamping of the letters wasn’t very deep but it was definitely deep enough to be legible and the letters are clear. The customization was just right. The quality of the tags and chain were good and feel durable.

They are going with the flag we received posthumously since we don’t have the originals of our veteran. They are not identical to the real military tags we also have for another member but we were able to duplicate line by line with adequate space with all the pertinent info. Nobody is going to know they’re not original except me. They are just a little thinner but under glass I don’t think it will be obvious. I got the silver color. They will be proudly displayed with other insignia purchased on Amazon also. I am happy with the price, delivery time & presentation.

Good product considering price. The id tags print is flushed a bit too much to the left, when you put on silencers part of the print is covered.

I have some medical issues so my name and conditions are on the tag. My grandson was interested in the tag so I got him one. I had one when I was 6 to 8 years old due to my dad was in the military. I put a telephone number on my grandson's tag 800-too- cute.

These were gifts from our Soldier to his younger siblings and they were perfect. They are more lightweight than the tags our soldier has, but they are the same size. The imprints were clear, and all spelled correctly. The multiple color options meant that siblings would know which tags were theirs, and the silencers mean that I don't have to hear them jingling all day as his siblings never take them off. Great way to help siblings still feel connected to their brother as he's away serving our country. The steel ball chain necklaces were a little too tight on the connector pieces which was easily fixed, and they now work great.

The tags are nice, I love that they are printed like military tags so information can't be scratched off due to long wear, other tags or .... I will order these again! The seller is wonderful, they ship quickly and do great work.
