What is the other filter that is needed for the rodi unit?

Rodi has a 3 system unit and a 4 system unit And a 5 system unit. A 3 system unit is sufficient enough !

Does the 3-pce bundle include clips for the di resin cartridge to attach to the ro buddy?

No, the replacement cartridge bundle does not include the clips to attach the resin to the membrane housing. This is intended to be a replacement cartridge pack and you use the same clips that came with the RO Buddie. If you purchased the RO Buddie without the DI in the beginning, you can always purchase the add-on inline resin cartridge and it includes the clips. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DSP57BQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_YYTHDS5Q1P6SQ607Q5NJ

Is thos 100 gpd or is it 50 gpd

This is for the RO Buddie+DI 50 gallon per day model.

Can I use water right away or do I need to flush?

It’s always important to flush the carbon cartridge incase there are any carbon fines from the cartridge manufacturing process. Flushing the carbon cartridge for a few minutes prior to installing the membrane and DI cartridge will ensure any possible carbon doesn’t plug the membrane.
