It certainly won’t budge. . .
This is a really horrible product. I bought it because the colour seemed nice online and I love this range of ELF products but this was a big mistake. The colour was nondescript so I put the top back on without trying it. Amazon wouldn’t refund though! So long as I was stuck with it, I thought I’d try it on and it was even worse. There was no shimmer at all with this item and once it was on, it could not be blended. Absolutely horrible product. I bought the pink colour also but didn’t even open the box. I put them both into the Tesco make-up donations box.

Difficult to blend but nice colour
I found these hard to use and blend. The colours were nice but I wouldn’t buy them again as they are far too hard to blend on the delicate eye area. Disappointing for the price.
