We had some chairs that were probably over 25 years old. The teeth on one of the chairs just got old and brittle. I bought these, the holes didn't line up exactly right so I had to drill some new ones but I think the material these are built from will hold up even better. Super easy to install and I'm very happy with them.

Haven't had it in the sun much but it fit and hasn't broken. Would buy again.

The solution or a pool chair that would otherwise go to trash. I was concerned about the plastic not being able to hold up well, but it is quite sturdy. It has been about 2 years and still holding up well, no cracks and did not get brittle. Installation was easy and all the holes and the curve lined up perfectly with my chair.

These worked great. The holes didn't all line up, but self tapping screws did the job.

It seems like whenever I buy this type of replacement product, the hole alignment is a little off. However, it's not a big deal to drill additional holes in the chair arms. It has also been my experience that the plastic used to make these parts is not strong enough to stand up to accidental misuse. If one is careful, the parts should last for a while. I know of no better alternative.

My son had one of the chairs for these and lives it. Unfortunately this piece was missing but the rest of the chair was in near perfect shape. He is thrilled to have use of his chair

Product as described, didn’t match my screw holes but just made some new holes, problem solved!

Grumpy that on a metal chair the 'part' that supports the back is plastic :( which breaks which is why I am here writing a review. Glad to find this replacement that fits without drilling more holes as suggested. I spent extra time making sure longer screws were properly sunk for the best possible fit. I added small rubber faucets washers between metal and plastic to reduce tension. Fingers crossed they will last. I wonder how many loungers end up in Landfill. Thank-you SUQ I OME for providing a replacement hopefully you are only aftermarket .... still feels like a cash grab. Maybe I need an hour on a sunny day in my Lounger :) Update Jan 2026, Loungers are tucked away for winter but happy to update part worked ! held up! no trouble lounging 😉

Replaced old broken ones . Slightly bigger than my old ones so had to drill a couple of new holes. But really pleased with this product.
