Too early to say for sure.
It will take a few months for any real benefit to show, although I do believe that there is a difference already. However, I'll leave it for now and come back to it later.

Sour taste but good for your immune system
Has a sour taste which is not unpleasant but does take a while to get used to it.

Great for sinus headache
Works well for my sinus headaches. Only side effect is indigestion, when taken on an empty stomach. Has a tendency to reduce my appetite, which is not always a bad thing. Many thanks

I dont know if its really doing a darn thing. Im not buying it again. I was told by my Dr to try this for my Arthritis and it is expensive. Nothing. No help. I wouldnt buy it again. Maybe it would work for someone else.

I bought this as a possible remedy to help with arthritis pain. I really can't give a definite YES or NO on the results.

I would have never thought a pill (especially an organic one) would have talc as a filler...especially after the lawsuits with the baby powder? But this one does.
