OZONE-10-D4

So I have a 1.7 cuft enclosure with 2 10" passive radiators that I built many years ago that had a Focal 10" driver in it. The Focal sounded great because well.... Focal. But recently it's little 250 watt capable coil gave up the ghost during an action flick so I decided I needed something that could take what the 1000 watt amp would throw at it and not get the $1600 Focal that would fit that bill. So I decided to try this based on decent reviews and a price that wouldn't bother me too bad if I didn't love it. Well, I love it. Not only does it handle the brute power of 1000 watts it actually sounds great both musically and for great movie bass intense action scenes. It sounds nearly as good musically as the Focal and better for Home theater application. It fit right into the opening of the old Focal 10" and I was able to wire the two coils (+,-,+-) to get the 8 ohms that the amp prefers. I would imagine the coils in parallel would probably drain a nuclear power station. But I'm very happy with the sound and may invest in some normal drivers for future builds for my home theater addiction.

I was a little hesitant at first trying a company I’ve never tried before. I can tell you that CT Sounds is an awesome car audio company. I was wanting to replace my 3 Rockville 8” subs with something a little bigger. So I went with these ozone SPL subs. I was not disappointed. They are rated at 800watts Rms and they will do that all day. In fact they can do pop more. I have the 2 paired with a ct sounds 2000watt rms amp. I play them hard and loud and they seem to enjoy it. I was amazed at the sound quality. They will get low and stay clean the whole time. They have a 15mm xMax one way so they move a lot of air.

I’ve had it up to with CT Sounds! I keep blowing a speaker using RMS power and they refuse to answer my email for customer support. I will now start leaving negative reviews on ever single speaker I bought from them until I see a response. Y’all need to be honest and state tat these speakers are not what they are rated for

I just finished installing this sub in my custom box I built. Haven't broken in the sub yet but initial thoughts are as follows. Impressed with build quality, sound quality can be very good and can turn it up to get some serious air moving bass! Barring any unforseen premature failures, if have to say that ct sounds will be my go to for audio! I can only go on my experience thus far. I have two 12 Sony's along with a Sony amp in my truck and this ct sounds amp along with one 10 inch ozone in my car has more than my truck! Color me impressed! Good job ct sounds! My new fav hands down!
