We make a lot of stir fry and these baby corns are excellent, uniform sizes, always seem fresh, good color and flavor and texture. These are cheaper than our local grocery store and I will continue to buy these.

I bought the Roland Whole Baby Corn hoping for a fresher taste and firmer texture, but it was just okay. The flavor is mild and works fine in stir-fries or salads, but the pieces are a bit softer than I prefer and not as crisp as you’d get from fresh or higher-end canned brands. The can size is generous, and none of the pieces were broken or mushy, which is a plus. It’s good for quick meals, but not something I’d go out of my way to buy again. Overall, decent quality but nothing special.
