Love my watermelon LMNT. I remember when I started Keto a few years ago I thought it was too salty. I went back to it and love it now. I use a half stick per 32 oz water. I change the dilution to taste. I have tried other brands and come back to LMNT. I would start with the variety pack if you are first trying. The lime is good too. Tastes kinda like a margaritas on the rocks. I also love the choc caramel for coffee in the cold months. Is worth the cost but wish it was less expensive. I buy it with Subscribe and Save and that helps alot. It has kept me from keto flu and cramps. I mostly do carnivore now.

Tasty and effective
Delicious. I can tell when I use these, that I retain the water I'm drinking better than when I don't. I put one packet in per 32oz, and it's perfect. If you put it in a small water bottle, the taste is pretty intense. But, they don't clump, and they taste good. A bit expensive I think but I don't mind. I fly on military cargo planes, and staying hydrated while flying is tough. These help me in flight and on the ground in hot locations to stay hydrated and feeling great.

My favorite electrolyte drink! I really like this one, as the taste is great, and it has more sodium than other similar brands I’ve tried. I have POTS, so I need more sodium/electrolytes in my diet. I have tried many other types of drink additives to accomplish that but have never liked any of the others much as most kinds (like Liquid IV) either don’t taste good to me or upset my stomach. I recently found this one and am very happy I did! It’s more expensive, but I do feel it’s worth it for me.

LMNT is always my personal choice
Personally feel LMNT is the best electrolytes. Watermelon is a family favorite. Tho other flavors are great also. Dissolve easily and doesn’t clump up when mixed. Perfect energy boost when you’re working out or just dealing with the FL and need to be hydrated. Definitely recommend the subscribe and save to make it a good value for money. No weird after taste or side effects. Always stay stocked.

Unmatched for Endurance Training Despite High Price
I love the LMNT electrolyte packs, and they are unmatched when it comes to quickly and easily replenishing sodium after hard and sweaty workouts. The watermelon is my favorite of their flavors, it has a great taste and is refreshing. I instantly feel replenished after drinking one of these, and it’s extremely helpful in long-distance endurance training. The only complaint would be that the price has gotten STEEP!

Great taste, good source of magnesium.
This is honestly a great source of electrolytes. The only downfall is if you have GERD it will flare up heartburn/acid reflux. But aside from that- I love that it has magnesium as come to find out- most electrolyte drinks do not provide magnesium which is really a key component when dehydrated especially of you are sick or have norovirus, etc. Your body will be completely depleted of magnesium and thats what also caused muscle cramps.I havent tried any other flavors yet. This was a safe bet for me and I really like the taste.

Great taste with a slightly salty finish. Add some tajin and you’ve got yourself something special.Ensure to only consume when actively sweating! Rather high sodium content but truly effective in preventing cramps. Great purchase!

Unhappy with artificial sweeteners
Unhappy with the product... it said to be sugar free but has artificial sweeteners, Stevie. Hate it, hate taking Stevia. Would like to return it. And received with damaged packing.

Do not recommend!
Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
