Rhode Island Novelty 7" (175MM) Rainbow Jumbo Coil Spring

I didn't think that this was going to be such a big hit at my daughter's birthday party! The kids LOVED IT! It's HUGE and colorful! A ton of fun for the kids to play with! They were stretching it out across the living room and letting it go so it sprung back into shape. This thing can take a beating! It's way bigger than we thought, so it's kinda impossible to do the whole springing it back and forth in each hand, but that' fine, it's being used in a bunch of different ways. I think it would make a great display in the class room to show waves moving through a medium. That would be a kewl use for it! Or a hat.. that's kewl too.. just don't get your hair stuck in between the springs, that sucks..

Bought two of these Slinkys for my kids after the small ones did keep them going longer than a day or two. These are very big and fun loving. The kids put it on the top of the steps and they love watching it roll off. I also love it for pictures! Its big enough and adds the perfect coloring! If you are looking for a slinky that wont break down the first day get this. Its the Perfect slinky!

Little slinkys are fun, but let's face it, kids are rough on toys, if you're lucky the original small ones last a week before they're mangled, this extra large, thick durable plastic, can be really played with, even by smaller children. Who doesn't like a slinky? This one is just a better version.

I bought this giant slinky 11 years ago and it’s still going strong. I was browsing through my purchase history and I was like “oh! Now that’s worth leaving a review for!” How often do you still love a toy 4 kids and over a decade later?

Slinky was stuck together. Had to separate rings with a finger or a butter knife, then worked fine. Goes down our stairs 1/2 way. Maybe a bit too big. Pushes itself over from excess weight. Can jump 2 steps, will crawl on single steps too. 9/12 year old enjoy it. Well worth the price. Note: Original slinky will not go down or crawl or steps at all. 4 stars for being stuck together, felt like a solid plastic object until manually separated, easily separated.

I've never seen a slinky take stairs as well as this. It seems to correct itself if it gets off course and it can bounce off walls and continue down no prob. I don't know why it's so funny but we were all in stitches watching it slink down the spiral stairs of a lighthouse, which took over five minutes, and we laughed the entire time. It made the entire flight without having to be reset once. Also, it's comically large and quite loud when it moves around, which makes everything even funnier.

My 3 year old destroyed a metal spring (the original Slinky name brand one) in a few minutes. I decided to give this giant version a shot and I'm really impressed. He's had it for a few weeks now and other than getting it tangled a couple times we haven't had an issue at all. When my son does happen to get the spring tangled it untangles really easily and doesn't get deformed in any way (unlike the aforementioned metal one did). This thing has been drug all around my house and dropped from at least 6 ft several times and it doesn't have a single thing wrong with it. I'm really happy with the purchase.

I bought 3, one for each of my kiddos, for Christmas. They loved them. My middle did manage to tangle the slinky after a week, but a normal size slinky last about 10 minutes with him. 😂 so I actually cut off the part he tangled and now his is just shorter. But the other 2 have been fine for over 2 weeks now. When you get the slinky it is all stuck together. So I just pealed one side and ran my fingers all the through. They are pretty thick and seem very durable.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my 8 year old. Might have been his favorite gift, and that's saying a lot when he also received a nintendo switch. Quality is great and it really is JUMBO. Great purchase.
