Hard to pour thicker liquors, like creamy pecan moonshine or tequila rose. Was a little messy.Did fit the ole smoky moonshine jars.Slow pouring.

Great for Mason jars

I purchased this for one of my antique blue canning jars to use for dishsoap. It is super slow in pouring and leaks some around the pour spout. It has started to rust at the bottom of the spout. It would probably be fine for oil, etc but not what I needed.

This item is amazing.. when you pour it doesn't have the last drip that leaves down the side of the container/jar. It is exactly what I was looking for!!

They are great to use for moonshine in mason jars. The spout has gotten some rust under it but that because we wash it in the dish washer.

I bought this cup lid as a replacement for a old smokies moonshine jar that I recycled as a drinking glass. Found that using the pour spout and filling up my mouth VS. drinking from the glass increased my water consumption 5 fold. Was excited to get the replacement as my last one was starting to mildew after months of use. Except this one leaks every time I take a drink. Right onto whatever shirt I’m wearing. About 5-7 drops for each 5 second pour. Being that it’s water it isn’t a horrible issue for me but if I had moonshine in this I would be upset. I will try to spray some silicone into the inside to see if that will make a difference but the fit is almost perfect so it will have to be VERY Thin.Will update after I’ve done this to let others with the same issue know if it works.

I have only used it a couple times on a jar of moonshine. No leaks. I wasn't sure what function the little cap was supposed to provide - it is loose and doesn't cover the spout entirely and seemed like it would just get in the way while pouring and make a mess. So I removed it (it slides off easily enough). Overall, satisfied and makes dispensing the moonshine much easier.
