The Arisaka Stop was developed as a low profile, minimal control accessory. Unlike a hand/stop, which most people position at the rear of their support hand, the Finger/Stop has a rounded profile which is ergonomically designed to be located between your index and middle fingers. This typically places it further forward on the guard, which also means it doesn't get in the way when transitioning to kneeling or prone positions, where most people move their support hand towards the rear. Additionally, the Stop functions well as a forward limit to prevent your hand from slipping off shorter guards onto a hot barrel or can, and as a barricade rest. Height: 0.85" Width: 0.50" Weight: 0.4 oz CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and type III hard coat anodized. Product includes mount and M-Lok nut/screw. Other accessories shown in above product photos are not included.

minimalist hand-stop m-lok
I put this on ALL my rifles/"pistols" that can accept M-LOK. Very minimalist and not tacky looking. I place this device on the side of the handguard to wedge into the webbing of my thumb with the support hand. In conjunction with a VFG/AFG, I am able to apply a lot of torque to fight muzzle climb. Anyone who handles my weapons are immediately impressed by the secure feeling it provides. The stop is "lemon" shaped so conceivably, I could see this being placed on the bottom to fit between your index and middle finger nicely, though I have personally not used it in this manner.

Love it
I have kind of a weird shooting grip- I typically use a stubby vertical grip but I use it like an angled grip and grip 1/2 way on the rail and 1/2 way on the grip. It's odd, but it works for me. Problem is, even a short vertical grip is overkill for what I use it for.Well, this little guy is just the ticket. Super light, very unobtrusive and the design and machining is spot-on. At first I positioned it like a vertical grip, and it was fine for that, but then I took their advice and moved it up and placed it between my index and middle finger. What I found is that this works even better than how I was using a vertical grip. And, since it's forward on the rail, it serves double duty as a barricade rest if you need one.Love it and ordering another one (or two).

Light Makes Right!
I was looking for a low profile lightweight handstop and this fit the bill. The rounded shape fits perfectly between my middle and index fingers. Installed easily. You will need some blue loctite as the screw comes clean which I prefer. It is sturdy so you push it up against something to help stabilize your shot.I did not want 2 stops; one for pulling and the other for pushing. More weight and more things to snag.

Smaller than it appears.
Love it except for the size, just wish it was slightly larger. It looks bigger in the pictures than what it actually is, I think the actual finger stop portion that comes down is only about 3/4". Just be aware before purchasing this. Otherwise works fantastic, clamps to the m-lock slot perfectly and nice and tight.

Pricey but...
At first glance - its pricey for what you get BUT very high quality and perfect size and shape. Just enough to stop your hand but not unwieldy like other options. Well finished corners with no-snag or scratch possibilities. Well made and tight M-Lok fitting.

Excellent alternative to full grip
This is a great, non-obtrusive piece of kit that helps you index your grip to ensure you're gripping the gun in the same place, the same way, every time. I highly recommend it to anyone using weapon mounted lights or lasers.

Best Upgrade yet.
I put on of these on my 11.5 build and it's killer. I could not recommend them enough. I ordered a second to put on my 10.3. Great machining. Awesome finish. Great product.

Great if you prefer small light parts
I have gone thru many types of grips on forends, pegs, AFG’s of different kinds and flat hand stops. This is by Far the best if you like Minimal weight and protrusion from the rifle. This will work as a barrier stop and a Hand stop but it is shaped like a cats eye to allow it to ride comfortably between index and middle fingers.
