Don't listen to the negative reviews. First off, you need to be hydrated before you put it on. This will stop the flushing and tingling to the face. You have to have clean dry skin before you put it on. It will stay on. I started out putting tape over it , you really don't need to. I put in on at my upper arm, the deltoid area. No problem. I'm 63 I have always had no energy because of depression. This product is life changing for me. I can now get out of bed with focus and unlimited energy. Do not wear it at night. I will be a life long user of this product. Do some research on it if you are under 35.

These patches are very strong. Take great care as to how long you leave them on and how big the patch is (cut it if necessary). NAD is not something that’s easy to manage if someone gets too much. I actually take NAD and the patch gave me a massive headache that took 2 days to go away.That being said, don’t think for a second patches of this type don’t work; they do.
