makes me feel safe
luckily i haven't had to use this yet, but just having it makes me feel safe. its been on my keys for almost 2 years now and I've never had any issues with it breaking or leaking or anything. very durable. it's easy to carry and hold when I'm walking at night and there is a part on the top that can lock it so you don't accidentally spray it.

Small and compact, great for wearing on lanyard
As a woman who often hikes alone, I wanted a small profile pepper GEL spray that I could wear on a lanyard around my neck for quick access but I didn't want a huge cannister. This is one of the smallest pepper sprays I found and the quick release feature is a must as it makes it easier to have it ready. Its lightweight but hopefully I won't have to try it out any time soon. I prefer GEL to a mist because if I ever have to use it, I don't want it to drift back on me.

Great Deterrent
I live in one high crime area, work in another and take public transit. I haven’t had to use this. I don’t have to. The sheer size of this keychain is a great deterrent. If anyone passes me to many times (sizing me up) I just start fidgeting with my “keychain“ and try to look unfriendly with a dash of unstable. They almost always wander off or stop the boundary testing behavior.
