MAYBE!If the mother board is an ATX and has horizontal connector on the front edge than NO! the N400 has a recessed motherboard tray, that blocks horizontal connectors on an ATX board.!Amazon should put a warning in their description!WHY CoolerMaster?

Can it fit a evga geforce gtx 750ti sc 2gb gddr5 gpu?

It can fit a GTX 980 Ti. Most 750Ti's I've ever seen, in-fact all of them, have been shorter than the mainboard. So you'll have more than enough room...though why not go N200 and mATX if you're going for a small and low powered GPU? I've fit a 980Ti in an N200 as well. Hope that helps!
