I was a tad hesitant at first, as finding comfortable compression garments can be a journey. However, these arm sleeves? Comfortable, non-restrictive, and they work! Make sure to follow the size chart provided on the product's listing. If you feel like you're directly between one size or another, go the higher up size. Remember-- lymphatics are meant to be moved gently, not aggressively or with intense pressure. Well-worth the investment for your health.

I was afraid to order this due to some other reviews that the fabric was "perfumed." I'm extremely sensitive to scent, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover nothing strong or irritating there. I've recently been diagnosed with stage 3 lipedema in my arms and have been trying to find compression sleeves that fit properly and are comfortable to wear. These were very easy to get on in comparison to individual arm sleeves and are well made. They don't dig into my armpits, and offer firm, comfortable compression. I've tried others that were excessively long in the sleeves, these fall at my wrist (5'1 for reference). Within minutes, I had the "scale" indentations on my skin which proved it was working as it should being a flat knit compression garment. For maximum benefit, compression should be changed every 3-4 months which gets pricey. These are very good quality at a fair price. Ordering a backup!!

Great for Lymphadema and limpadema therapy and management. Losing weight and keeps arms from flapping. I used for over a year per therapist recommendations. Due to loss of weight I continue to purchase Bioflect compression products as other brands are not as effective at managing my Lymphadema. Many products claim to be “compression” but in reality they are not as effective or made with the quality that Bioflect products are made. As I lose overall body weight will reorder same products in smaller sizes. They wash well even in washing machine. I avoid putting in the dryer to maintain their shape and elasticity. The design in Bioflect continuously feel as if you are getting a massage.

Bioflect products are fairly easy to get on and make a significant difference with my lipedema swelling. I am short (5'2") with shorter than average arms. The sleeves are a little long, but don't bunch up or cause issues at the wrist. I have both black and natural colored sleeves and wear he black more often.

My lyphadema therapist recommended this item. So much better than individual sleeves. Forget I had it on. Really does the job. Highly recommend.

I'd prefer if these were part of a non-compression jacket or shirt. They ride up on the neck on me making them very uncomfortable to wear. It would be much better if the compression was just in the arms and then the arms sewn into a non-compression jacket that zipped up to anchor them in place.

Game Changer. I am four weeks out from bilateral brachialplasty. I have gone between marina ace wraps and multiple different types of sleeves. By far this one is superior. My upper arms are 13 inches in diameter. I bought a two x and it fits perfectly. I can put it on by myself. Although, I have not tried to take it off yet. I think I will be able to do it alone. It offers fantastic compression. It 's very comfortable, and it's long Sleeved. The only thing I would add to this would be a thumb hole.

I love this for my arm lift recovery. It supports my arms and feels great. I so glad i purchased it just for the compression initially but it came in handy after my surgery. I am going to purchase more of these. I really do love them. Very snug and it definitely helped for my lower arms where I had lipo. I could never really get great compression for my lower arms like i have received with this product.
