Fun, silly novelty gift - everyone loves it!
This cat should be worn out by now - everyone who visits has to try that switch despite the warning! Particularly like that he has three 'responses' - the third one - the dirty look - is a killer! Nice that it is rechargeable. Not sure what the point of the music is though - we keep that function turned off.

Broke after only a day- but they replaced it!
*Update: the seller reached out, and despite being past the return deadline, they sent me a new one. It is working great and my son has been showing it to all the neighbors and friends.Just good pointless fun!!Glad to know that they stood behind the product and the first one I got was just a lemon.Changed my review to 5 stars!Thank you!———Previous Review———-Bought this for my son’s birthday, and he initially loved it. Very fun! However within a day it stopped working. The paw comes out, but not enough power to flip the switch again, so just stops. Thought maybe it needed just to be charged, but that’s not the case. Ran it a few more times and now the lid doesn't even open. Probably just some cheap plastic gears that only last a couple dozen times. 😕Also bummed that I planned ahead for his birthday and bought this just over a month ago so missed return window.Anyway, I would recommend NOT buying it, especially for the cost. Thought it would be better made.

Why 🤣
The media could not be loaded. This is why you don’t smoke weed and browse on Amazon kids. Why did I buy this? I have no idea lol. Do I love it? Absolutely 😂 it’s a little loud but still super cute :) definitely not worth $50… maybe $30

Very good customer service.
I am very happy with this toy that I brought for my granddaughter. It is made with real solid wood and well made. Works perfectly all the time. The customer service is beyond good, it is excellent. I lost the charging cable, and I got in touch with the seller to see if I could buy it separately. Not only did he get in touch with me right away, but he also solved my problem by sending me one without charging it to me He sent it free of charge, not even the shipping. I would definitely recommend this product and the seller. Very good customer service. I thank him very much.

Great Useless Box
This box takes the original idea of a Bell Lab Scientist, Claude Shannon, to a whole new level. What could be more useless than a box that turns itself off? This rendition ups the ante with a tiger that likes to tease you with “I am turning it off now, maybe not.” He likes to trick you, “I turned it off but I am not done.” And taunt you “Maybe I am turning if off if I feel like it.” In the end, it is actually an adult toy and not one that kids should be allowed to play with on their own. They cannot resist the temptation to make the tiger stay in the box which could break it. Maybe if you have kids that want to enjoy it, put it on a high shelf where they can’t reach it but can still enjoy the silliness of it all.

Didn't last
I got this for a toddler granddaughter when she would come to visit. A great toy for a 1 /12 year old to watch (she didn't play with the switch). It lasted maybe 50-60 "switches" over a 3 month time period, then the arm stopped workng. It still opened and closed, but the whole idea is that the cat would turn it off. Wouldn't recommend for the price.
