Mavic CXP Elite Track Fixed Gear Single Speed Wheelset Silver 32h Formula H

So when I was looking to order these, I wasn't sure if I would be able to put a single speed freewheel on the back rim. I knew the wheel could take a fixed cog for sure. So I messaged the seller and they didn't quite understand what I was asking. I was happy when I received them though. They do have the flip flop hub. One side for the single speed freewheel and the other side is "Stepped" to add a fixed gear cog and the lock ring. The rims look great and spun true from the box. The bearings on mine are awesome and will spin for a long time without stopping. The braking surface is grooved which helps brake pads "bite" better. I have put 700x32c tires on mine which is the max recommend size for this internal rim width of these rims. I am satisfied with the purchase of my Mavic CXP Elite Track Fixed gear single speed Silver wheelset with the 32h Formula hubs. I have included photos. Feel free to ask any questions you may have but note all specs are provided in tech specs and online. I've only had them for 2 weeks so not able to comment on durability as of yet. Value for money is good as long as under 230-240 for the set in my opinion. I'm not a person who obsesses over weight but I would say the weight is just fine unless you are a competitive racer.

I bought these while waiting for a custom wheelset. They look okay. They're kinda heavy. I've been using them for about a month and they're already starting to loose true (though I'm always hopping off curbs and stuff). I wouldn't recommend them but for the fact that they're so cheap. At this price point, they're a perfectly fine wheelset, especially if you're not one to ride your bike like you stole it.

This is my 2nd set of these, this time I got the silver instead of the black which is what my first set is. Looks really awesome with Vittoria Corsa s with the gum sidewall. Especially looks great with the black high polished frame of the bike I put them on. You can't go wrong putting these wheels on any bike, so guiet, smooth, and definitely adds speed to whatever your riding.

Very nice build quality straight out of the box. after several hundred miles they are still solid and true.
