Inexpensive replacement for the bad quality plastic wheels. I have replace 4 or 5 chairs now, they all roll and swivel smoothly. Now scratchy sounds. Great value and great wheels

Installing these is super easy. Brand new chair and removing the wheels took more effort than it should have. Putting these in was a perfect fit and they went in like they should. A bit of a tug and they were in enough to not come out and that's all you need. I wheeled the chair into the other room and not gonna lie, I didn't hear a thing. I held my opinion until I got my weight on the chair. I rolled around a bit and I'll say if you're trying to hear it then you can, but other than that it's as close to silent as you're going to get. I've heard some people talk about this type of wheel sticking. I have to say that as far back as I can remember chairs with wheels have always stuck at some point. You give a little more effort and when the wheels turn a little it kinda breaks free, yeah? These wheel don't stick. Smooth like butter. I wanted no noise and I got it, but I also got a silky smooth rolling chair. I'm impressed. I honestly don't expect to be happy anymore these day. Thanks AXL. Very good buy.

Made a world of difference from the default wheels. A huge improvement - at first. Worked like a charm for the first six months, then the sealed bearings began to fail one wheel at a time. By month seven the bearings on two of the five wheels gave out - no longer gliding smoothly & effortlessly, but now rolling rough & noisy. Sealed mechanical bearings really should last for years. Also, there's a minor design flaw in the wheel covers that have the wheel covers occasionally hitting your heels in a sharp manner, but I overlooked that because of the smooth rolling factor. I considered buying another set of wheels from someone else, thinking I was yet just one more victim of the river of cheap Chinese product quality we're all forced to live with nowadays. But then I noticed that the seller offered a 'lifetime garrentee', so after a few emails explaining the issue they did actually send me a replacement set, which arrived only days after I was told they would send it. Im in LA area and I guess that they have someone nearby since it came so quickly. I swapped out the bad wheels and I was back to 'glide mode' again. I have to say this was solid customer service, so I'm giving the seller high marks despite the wheels going wonky.

Chose these specifically after taking some measurements and seeing that the more popular options would add too much height, enough that my chair wouldn’t fit under my desk even at its lowest setting. We have an office chair from staples with the double plastic casters and these wheels only added a little less than an inch. Pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the metal body, bearings and wheel rubber. The wheels gripped the floor a little when changing direction initially but after a few days they loosened up. The chair is dead silent now too. Perple should know that this is a solid product. Ill try to remember to update after a few months as the old wheels removed the finish on the floor, hopefully these do better. UPDATE: Nov 23 - After 9 months in my chairs new location, these have left no marks or wear on my hardwood floor.

I WILL NEVER OWN A DESK CHAIR AGAIN THAT DOES NOT HAVE THESE !!!! Ordered 2 days ago, delivered 10 minutes ago, they are on my chair, and I now have quiet rolling over my stained concrete with NO issues what so ever. Use a flat head screw driver to easily pry the old wheels off, and pop these into place. I swear, any future desk chair or anything that requires any types of wheels in my home office will get this treatment. I will remove and throw that plastic garbage wheel junk in the trash, and install these! NO scratching the floors! I just stained and clear acrylic coated my home office floors after removing the carpet. I moved my office chair (that had those junk plastic dual wheels) into the office. And after 2 days I see scratches and mars from these junk dual plastic wheels! UGH! I didn't work for 3 days on these floors to have that! So I searched and found these. Just got them in, installed them and was laughing my ace off when I read the box they came in. Printed, it says, "Upgrade your Life. Begin with the small things." So yes, this is an upgrade. Again, I will never own a chair that has those junk dual plastic wheels again. I will buy these and replace them!

I got an old gamer chair off the side of the road and put these wheels on it I use it in my shop like a stool I put a basket under the chair for tools and parts and it rolls nice now

These wheels are a game changer. Feels like I'm gliding on air. Super easy to install no tools needed. The upgrade I did not know I needed. Perfect for my laminate flooring, my old plastic wheels kept scratching my floor.
