I’ve used these for years, as in started taking them (the original formulation of this) in my 20s and I’m now in my 40s. I don’t like coffee, and I’m apparently a fast oxidizer because I can handle a ton of caffeine. I’m slim and work out, so I’m not taking it for weight loss. I’ve always just taken it for productivity and energy. I’m also the kind of person that, if really tired, I can take a second one 6 hours later and still have no issues. That being said, yes, you’ll get jittery if you take it on an empty stomach or with just carbs/sugar and no fats. If you’re sensitive to caffeine and your liver is sluggish or processes things slowly, probably not a great idea for you to take this. Also, people commented on the pills turning from black to green sometimes…I wrote during the pandemic asking about a formulation change, saying I could taste the batch was off because I actually pierced the capsules, squeezed out the product, and washed it down. I can’t recall if they asked why I did this or if I just told them I didn’t like the artificial colors they were using to dye the capsules. So lo and behold, next thing I know, they’re using chlorophyll to dye the capsules! Which is great. So don’t be alarmed if they turn greenish, because it’s the chlorophyll, and it’s likely due to the heat encountered during summer shipping.

Didn’t really feel any difference, but that’s not a bad thing. I would rather the effects be mild than severe. Doesn’t make me feel jittery, and it does curb my appetite. I’m still taking them.

I like it, I've been taking it for 3 weeks, I feel very energetic, I feel happy and I've noticed that it doesn't make me so anxious for food. Me gusta; llevo 3 semanas tomándolo, me siento con mucha energía y feliz, y he notado que no me provoca tanta ansiedad por comer.

The pill works however I cannot take it due to side effects. I'm overweight and thanks to inflation and co-pays I can't afford the 250 in co-pays the rx medication costs, so I use otc supplements with diet and exercise to try and help. I gained a ton with an abusive relationship and since leaving I have tried getting back to healthy. The pill I was on for 4 months prior worked great and was affordable, however it caused extreme dry mouth the entire time. To the point, I was self conscious to talk to people at work. My lips became super chapped and my no matter how much I drank my mouth stayed dry. So I saw these and the reviews seemed OK so I bought. I'm 2 weeks in and I only take 1 a day. As of today I can't take them anymore. Everyday the same issues. I have tried taking with food, without food, with a full glass of water, 30min before food, 30 min after, you name it I have tried and nothing helps. I even tried taking pesto and other stuff to help. Nada... This pill does give you extreme energy, makes you sweat sitting still, makes you wanna move, and you have no appetite. However, it also causes extreme diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea with vomiting. Even with nothing left to vomit it causes me to dry heave. It starts around an hour after taking and I stay like this for at least 4 to 5 hours after ingested. I work 14 hour shifts as a nurse. There are times I can't get to a restroom. When I'm passing medication or in the middle of an emergency I can't say whoops I gotta go. The other day I literally had to vomit in a patients trash can. 🗑 BEWARE

The first time I took this the side effects were intense. I had a difficult time sleeping at night. My body got used to it. I started out with one pill a day. My side effects: jitters, runny nose, increased salivation, warm feeling, mild sweating. These dissipate within an hour or so. I don't know that this pill alone will cause weight loss. What I did notice for me was appetite suppression. I didn't want to eat. Which is huge, as even when I'm not hungry, I want to eat. The second thing was the energy. I complete so much housework and other projects. I believe the extra physical activity may help with weight loss due to increased metabolism, but it's just nice to get a lot done. Because of the appetite suppression, my caloric intake goes down, and that is what causes the weight loss. I am switching to two pills a day so I can have the appetite suppressant benefits throughout the day.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to pay it forward because I know how frustrating it can be to find a weight loss supplement on here. First use began 7/11 at 228lbs, 6’1. Over the course of the next week (7/18) I went to the gym and have been going to the gym Monday through Friday and only doing cardio for 2 hours. (This is what works for me, no need to do the same!) I also eat fairly “clean”. I treat myself to subway on the weekend for a cheat meal, with four chocolate chip cookies. All of that being said, I stepped on the scale on 7/18 this morning, and weighed 216.4lbs! I am very pleased overall! It’s a twice a day thing (mornings and once in the afternoon/dinner) before meals. I’m okay with having one cheat day a week. And I eat usually Cinnamon Toast Crunch with 4 boiled eggs, or sometimes just two packs of oatmeal with almond milk for breakfast. And then for dinner I eat 3-4 drumstick chicken with ranch. For snacks I have cashews—honey roasted, and the whole cashews. And I also have some nature bars and slim Jim’s. I definitely operate at a deficit, but I don’t seriously track my stuff down because it’s so routine. But I definitely recommend this pill. One week, 12lbs, you could pinch me! I’m aiming for 180, so I might come back and update when I get there.

8/1 - First day trying this product and I feel miserable. I took the first pill around 11 AM and attempted to go for a run, but my heart was beating so fast I had to stop. I also developed a severe headache. Eating and drinking water didn't help ease the symptoms. Once I started feeling slightly better, I went for my run and took the second pill around 5 PM only for the severe headache to return immediately. I still have it as I write this. At 5'1" and 134 lbs, this product might simply be too strong, especially for smaller individuals.

This supplement is easy to take and comes in a convenient 60-capsule bottle. The concentrated formula may provide a noticeable boost in energy and focus, but it can feel strong, especially for anyone sensitive to stimulants. It is important to follow the label carefully, avoid combining it with other stimulant products, and not take it late in the day.
