Specifically got this to be able to comfortably sit up straight in bed & it is absolutely perfect - adjustable, sturdy, comfortable.

Return & credit processed quickly. Reordered. The replacement arrived in perfect condition!! EXCELLENT customer service!!!The fabric looked strong. The backrest looked sturdy. The armrest were VERY loose / wobbly and did not look like they’d last long. The bar that holds the seating flap in place was broken. Closer look showed it was missing the rivet. Overall I like the backrest. Going to return and order replacement hoping that it was just a one time incident.

I like that it is foldable and not bulky like the foam. Price is to high for it just being like the top of a lawn chair.

Excellent for sittng my mom up in bed, light and adjustable, pillow comfortable and flexible.

It's sturdy but I don't feel it's worth the money. It is not as comfortable as I thought it would be when I sit. I have to put a pillow to sit on it because after awhile my bottom starts to hurt. Not really easy to lift myself trying to get out of bed. It does have different positions and I tried them all but I'm still disappointed in the comfort that I'm not getting, and the pillow that it comes with for your head is hard which makes it more uncomfortable, but you can remove it.

Even with a pillow, this thing kills my back. The neck pillow is unusable, and the flap of material that you sit on to keep it from sliding, has a thick, rough hem/edge going all the way around it which digs into the backs of my legs. It's also quite flimsy for the price.

If you need to sleep sitting up but you don't want to pay thousands of dollars on a rebranded hospital bed, this is the solution for you. I travel a lot and I have sleep apnea, so being able to sleep sitting up (or at least on an incline) is really important. This thing is strong enough to support me (365lbs), reasonably priced, and it folds near flat if you need to take it somewhere. My wife uses it when I'm awake in place of a TV pillow if she's going to sit on the bed while she works or feeds our baby. Couldn't be better love it.

This is the best thing I’ve bought here so far. I use it in bed and I like how it doesn’t slide. It’s comfortable and sturdy. It’s great that it can be adjusted to how high or low you want the back.
