which cable should i use to connect this to my rc 505 loop station?

TRS to dual mono cable. You can actually use 2 fs6 pedals if you want to use the echoplex feature.

Can the pedal help to do the harmonies with the boss acs-pro acoustic singer pro?

yes it can control the looper or effects and harmony on/off. Mode and polarity to the left.

Why do i have to press the switch 2x to engage the vocal harmonizer on my boss cube street 2? i've tried trs and mono cables but no luck w/ 1 press.

The HOSA CSS-110R TRS cable I'm using works fine when I use a custom-made footswitch, but I bought the FS-6 specifically for the flexibility of latch / momentary AND for the LED. Thx again.
