what does the quatrafolic come from? Is it synthetically made in a lab? or from plants?

Quatrefolic is synthetically made but for a good reason. Folic Acid has to go through several phases before it can be converted to 5-MTHF which is required for metabolization and utilization in the cells, tissues and the brain. Quatrefolic, however, is readily available as 5-MTHF making it much more bioavailable than Folic Acid since it's able to bypass the metabolism process. Does this contain b12? i read that in order for the folate to be be absorbed effectively, it needs b12 as a conduit

arrived quickly

For my dad's heart -previous heart attack

Bought this for my dad because he has a history of having a heart attack. I thought this can help with his heart and also his brain because he is getting older. He says he doesnt feel any different lol. But vitamins take time to work. My bottle came with a few broken tablets. He also has a mild after taste on his tongue if he doesnt swallow it whole really quick.
