Excellent, engaging tool, little small for young fingers.
An excellent tool for teaching place value! As a 4th-grade teacher, I have used these countless times when teaching all sorts of math lessons. Fun colors, engaging, and relatively easy for students to manipulate as well. The 'ones' are a little small for their not-so-dextrous fingers, but overall, I highly recommend them.

Excellent manipulative
It’s easy to assemble and use. It sticks to the board and doesn’t drop off. It’s also a good size to see from the back of the classroom. I wished it had more of the cubes. It only has one.

Jumbo Magnetic Base Ten Blocks
The colours are vivid and it stays on magnetic board without slipping. The pieces are large, so students see them while in their seats. They are ideal for teaching place value, addition and subtraction and they certainly get students attention.

Kindergarten Teacher
I bought these to use for my kindergarten classroom math. I like that they are magnetic, and that they are not flat on the white board. One thing that would be nice is if there were different sizes. The ones are pretty small, so for a classroom setting it would be great if they were bigger. As far as durability goes, I think that they are going to last for a while-even with rough kids. I think that these are perfect for a homeschool setting. They are great for little hands to move and touch-and littles learn so much from see, touch, hear, do. I definitely recommend this product-but if they come in a larger size, I would buy those for the classroom.

A Must For Classrooms!
Love this product! At first touch, I thought that they may not be sturdy enough BUT they are sturdy and durable. The magnetic stick is also very strong which I find is not true with other products. These are a must in my first grade class as we learn counting and place value. We use them for a morning math hit! As the students come in they try to figure out the number I have put up on the board. And most valuable for students to see the work on the white board as we work with base ten instead of trying to see base ten blocks on the floor for modeling.
