We have been continuing this supplement for more than 2 years. The overall vitamin deficiency is maintained at the same level, though not its effectiveness is not perceptibly surfacing. It has no side effects as it is herbal based supplement. The price tag should suit Indian consumers. Everytime their cost accountants reassess the value of raw materials, though they procure it at one go as the herbal is seasonal. It is not a chemical which has varying cost at different times. To increase their profit margin, this exercise is done which makes the supplement look costly. They can as well reduce overheads on transportation of herbal which is bought at one go or else they can grow it in in their own plantation. Presumptive cost is not helpful to Indian customers. They exploit the taboo, "the more the medicine is costly, the more it is effective" which is a myth brought out by the pranks of motivational cost accountants .
