WORKS!
I use this with the GlobalSat BR-355N GPS PUCK with my SDS-100 Scanner. DO NOT BE CONCERNED THAT THE GPS PUCK IS NOT THE "S4" MODEL!! Set your scanner GPS Setting for 4800 baud. No problems at all. The only "complaint" I have about this cable is that the power lead to the USB-A connector is a bit shorter than I prefer... but I made it work. If you use an extension, Use A GOOD QUALITY extension, as the cable must be able to supply the required current for the Scanner and the GPS puck without giving the dreaded "Low USB Buss Voltage" warning on the scanner display.
