Is it possible to buy just the spare metal strips (without the plastic mount)?

You would have to contact Tobii themselves, but I don't know how much they cost.

Does this kit come with the sticky velcro pads that you stick to the monitor?

You do get the pads, but be advised that the glue is rubbish. I try not to move Tracker mount for any reason, as once mount is taken off monitor, it won't stick back, or when it does, weight of tracker causes mount to lean, affecting your eye tracking (that's if it doesn't fall off). I found this out, when I upgraded the monitor, & tried to get refit tracker. Apparently, there is an issue about this, as Tobii have sent me a new mount, & as I had already ordered a mount, I now have a spare.
