If you want to get a comparable dose to Thorne you would need to increase the Methyl B Complete to 3 capsules per day (since Thorne's serving is 3 capsules). If you took 3 Methyl B Complete capsules the big difference would be the amount of Folate received - which is double that of Thorne (6mg vs. 3mg). Additionally, we use Quatrefolic, a superior branded folate and less fillers. Q: What color should the capsules be?

qexf, The veggie caps are translucent, and the supplement inside is an orange/yellow in color. It's the Riboflavin (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium) that the orange/yellow color is coming from. Q: how does this compare to Enlyte? also, my son finds the enlyte capsule too fat to swallow.

This product is superior to Xymogen's Methyl Protect - Xymogen's brand contains folate as folic acid, which is synthetic and not the recommended form for people with methylation issues. Also contains magnesium sterate which is a flow agent/filler.
