Biggest disappointment, deceiving company
I had to update my review as it totally turned to the worst possible. The hob starts malfunction every time, right now I am again with 2 Zones not working. I do far have gotten 3! Induction hobs sent to me and every single one did not work fully after a while, max duration of flawless working (after being repaired!) 4 month.Now the worst, before their technicians came to repair or to take it to their warehouse. Now they tell me it's a small appliance and has to be brought in. It's 90cm width and weighs around 16kg... Can definitely not find it under small appliances on Amazon, much bigger than any coffee maker, kitchen scale ect.I can only strongly warn about this product and the policy that they now put into place, also no chance to speak to a superior, even after asking for it. Customer service Registry just awful, the technican who came before was a very nice guy!But don't buy if you expect a working product, that won't give up within 6months.
