Very good and easy to install, really helped, water now tastes good!

This system does a great job of filtering water and was easy to install . The first unit I received had ok water flow but eventually got to where it wouldn’t work at all after 6 months. I replaced one filter then another and ended up spending a lot of time and money troubleshooting it with no luck. I decided to reach out to Waterdrop’s support. Becky helped me out by replacing the unit with a newly engineered filter holder and all new filters. They also sent me a second primary filter (PP). The new unit has better water flow and I’m very happy.

I have always wanted to have drinking water straight from my faucet but living in rental I’ve been hesitant to make updates to the existing hardware. I pulled the trigger as I figured this would an easy project. When the product arrived, sadly the included accessories weren’t compatible with my building’s main and size. I reached out to customer service and they immediately understood the issue and sent me an accessory kit. This did the trick and I have been truly loving it! Water tastes great and the flow is amazing Rebecca has been a true champion with customer service. I rarely take the time to share feedback but this one truly deserves to be celebrated and shared. Not only that but they also sent me an additional replacement filter. I am truly happy and grateful. Rebecca, you need a raise! The quality of the filter is spot on, it’s functional, and it’s easily hidden under the sink.

Overall, I’m very happy with this three-stage under‑sink water filter. Installation was straightforward and didn’t require anything out of the ordinary, although the included input and output pipes were a bit long for my under‑sink space. It would be great if there were an option to choose shorter pipes for tighter cabinets. That said, the filtration performance is excellent—the difference in taste is immediately noticeable, and it’s made Texas tap water genuinely pleasant to drink. Great filtration quality and value overall, with just a small improvement opportunity on fit flexibility.

So far so good. Water tastes great. TDS are low. Easy to install. Upgraded from a single stage water drop.

This was fairly easy to assemble if you don't consider the awkwardness of maneuvering inside a small cabinet. We are enjoying filtered water and not messing with 5 gallon water jugs anymore. Great water pressure. The faucet fit perfectly in our unused soap dispenser slot.

Not only was the device very easy to install but when running into a problem (sink connections weren't standard on my side of things) with the installation the company (C.S rep Olivia) remedied the situation quickly. The water quality improved instantly and it tastes even better than I was expecting coming through the pipes of a house built in 1933. d=(^.^d) will be sticking with Waterdrop for the foreseeable future. Might even order another for the other sink in my house, great value for peace of mind and freshness.
