I find taking 2 tablets with a full 8oz. of water is effective for the occasional symptoms of constipation. Gentle. No cramping.

I have been using this product for more that 30 years, but couldn't find it in the stores in South Carolina. Ordered from Amazon. The tablets are fresh, and since I only take 1/2 tablet a day it works fine for me. Note, I started GLP-1 so .....you know #2 was kind of sluggish. This product is dependable - sorry this sounds like a commercial, but dependable and predictable and no RUSH to evacuate...
