B&B Organics Jackfruit Flour (250 g)

Thanks to B&B Organics first of all. I got a reliable place to order natural food from the comfort of my home. The very packing itself was sleek and neat. I was worried whether I'll get a package with a quantity variation. But the sturdy packaging was quite satisfying. The flour was fresh indeed. The smell of the flour was subtle and honestly, I've started to use this flour to make idli, chapatis, dosa, etc. The ultimate thing is we can use it in multiple ways. Can add some amount in dosa and idli batter, can even add a small amount in buttermilk curry and it tastes damn good. It is widely said that it could lower the diabetes level. Honestly, it does. I highly recommend buying this product from B&B.

Used only a few times but this 9ne seems to have a dusty kind of taste. Not sure if that's how it is supposed to taste. Sticking to the actual raw jackfruit again

It blends well with all the flours and taste is also fine.

I don't know whether it is reducing diabetes but it indeed has a different taste which may lead to decrease the carbs intake. Also, it tastes neutral so we can add it to other flours too. As far as I've used, it is good and worth my money. Will continue to buy this product and try out preparing other foods.

Powder with bitter taste. Quality was very poor. Had to throw. Immediately after opening, noticed webs (jali) which confirms that the product is stale, even though packing date is May 25 and expiry date is Nov25. Not recommended.

Thanks for this powder, when we cannot get the fresh fruit.

I had diarrhoea for one week after eating this tasteless powder. impossible to make it palatable!
