Do you also sell the amp for the Bose speakers?

We are powering our 4 Bose 251 speakers with a Sony Home Theatre unit.

I want to connect these to my sonos setup. Would I need the sonos connect amp or sonos connect?

Bose 251 speakers are not self amplified speakers, so most probably you will need to connect them to a Sonos connect amp. Wonderful speakers!

can you sync with iPad?

Sadly, Momof4, ...to address both this question and your subsequent comment on David Kirshner's very sound advice, (excuse the pun) it's been my experience that only VERY few retailers have either the will to help or the staff capable of helping.So, to expand on David's answer, AirPlay is easily enabled in your iPad. te recomiendo ir a la pagina de Bose y bajar el pdf del manual, ahí está todo el detalle. En todo caso, creo que el tema del voltaje es más para el amplificador que para los parlantes. Estos se conectan sólo con cables de audio al amplificador.
